We use Texas Hill Country Pecan wood to slow smoke our traditional south Texas ingredients in creating this one of a kind, all-natural salsa. Our Pecan-Smoked Jalapeno Salsa can be served over a fresh grilled Rainbow Trout or sauteed flounder. Or, perhaps a grilled chicken breast with a little fresh mango added for a smokey tropical flavor.
